Thames Valley Tech Charter

Thames Valley Tech have published a Charter to set out our views and priorities.


Adam Hale is Chair of Thames Valley Tech, the ScaleUp Institute, Clue and Arctic Shores as well as having a range of board and advisory roles at Notion Capital, Orbus Software, e-days Absence Management, Creative Destruction Lab, Unit 4, Open Blend, and Scale Up Group.

He is a long term resident in the region and his previous roles include CEO of Reading based B2B software business Fairsail, where he scaled the enterprise to be a global leader of HR technology. Fairsail was acquired by the Sage Group in 2017 and is now Sage People. Adam has a Computer Science degree from the University of Bristol.
